Preheat oven to 350°F . Prepare cake pans with non-stick spray
In medium sized mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar – beat thoroughly until smooth. Add honey. Add apple sauce and oil. Add finally vanilla – beat on high until frothy.
Alternating…add flour mix and buttermilk; set mixer to low.
Divide batter among cake pans.
Bake for 22-25 minutes for cake rounds - test for doneness.
Cool completely. Frost with luscious Honey Cinnamon Buttercream.
