Ingredients
  

  • 2 2/3 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract clear
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped, not too course or too fine

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F . Prepare cake pans with non-stick spray.
  2. In medium sized mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar – beat thoroughly until smooth. Add oil and vanilla – beat on high until frothy.
  4. Alternating…add flour mix and buttermilk; set mixer to low.
  5. Divide batter among cake pans.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
